A gym plan you lead, not one that leads you.
Frame is a flexible gym tracker. Your plan sets the targets. You pick the exercises, live, at the rack.

Structure that bends to you.
A fixed routine says “Bench press, 3 × 8” and breaks when the bench is busy. Frame's plan says “Chest: 3 exercises” and lets you choose which.

Chest is done. Different exercises, same plan.
From plan to done, in four steps.
Set it up once. After that, every workout is just picking and logging.
Every training day has one block per muscle group, like Chest. Each block holds a pool of exercises you're happy doing.

Give each exercise its sets and a rep range, like 3 × 6–9. Then tell the block how many to pick: 3 of 5.

Start the workout. Every block shows its pool. Tap what's free today and swap whenever you like.

Log sets, reps and weight in a few taps. The block counts up until the muscle group is done, and your body map shows what each muscle got.

Not a script. Not a blank page.

Frame is a guardrail, not a script.
I couldn't find an app that fits me.
Either a strict plan: do this, then that. Or the gym without an app, and then the structure is gone: I can't see what I did last time.
I wanted the freedom to decide for myself, and still keep an overview. So I built Frame, at first just for me.
The idea is simple: the plan sets the targets for every muscle group, and I pick the exercises on the day, depending on what's free and how I feel. Frame keeps count and tells me when a muscle group is done.
I used that first version at every workout for months before I thought about anyone else using it.
It solved my problem. That's why Frame is now here for you.
Walk in. Train your way.
